Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session. So you can get the full session you are paying for. If the door is closed please wait in the hallway till I open the door. If it is time for your scheduled session please text the number on the door.

New Clients

New Client intake form please fill out at least 24 hours before you appointment. It will be emailed to you. If you do not fill this out before it may cut into your session time.

What to Expect

All sessions are adapted to meet your specific concerns and level of comfort. A combination of techniques and tools may be used in each session. You may undress completely or to your comfort level. You will be completely covered during whole session except for the area being worked on. Ultimately it is up to you and what you are comfortable with.

Tipping

Tipping is not expected at Maine Body Alliance.

Etiquette

Proper draping will be used at all times to ensure that you are comfortable and to maintain professional boundaries. Only the area being worked will be un-draped at any given time. Please know this is a completely professional session and that inappropriate behavior or comments will not be tolerated. Both the client and therapist can terminate the session if any inappropriate behavior occurs. If the client breeches the behavior policies they will forfeit the remainder of the session and will be charged for the full amount of their session.

Your appointment is reserved JUST for you!
24 hour notice required for all cancellations/rescheduling.

Cancel/change your appointment with 24 hour notice: NO charge and no problem.

Cancel/change your appointment within 24 hours: You are responsible for the FULL price of your session.
You may send someone in your place but please let me know of this change. If the appointment can be filled there will be: NO charge

Failure to show up for your appointment: charged the FULL rate of your session

All prepaid sessions (gift certificates and regular sessions) are non-refundable and expire

If you are booking online and do not prepay I will be in contact with you to secure your spot by asking for your credit card information to hold your appointment.
Your card will not be charged unless you cancel or change your appointment as stated above.

FDN Policy

Your appointment is just for you.

24 hour notice for all cancellations/rescheduling of your scheduled video or phone appointments.

You will be charged $50 for any missed appointment/cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours.

Once payment is accepted you have 3 months to start your program.

If your initial program is not completed in 6 months you will lose access to the coaching portion of your contract.

No refunds of any kind.
